ORDERS/PAYMENT:
Can I cancel my order? No, once your order has been placed its not possible to cancel your order.
Can I change my order? Due to the nature of our merch drops and the limited quantities available, we are unable to make any changes to any orders.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
RETURNS:
Do you accept returns or exchanges? We don't offer returns or exchanges under any circumstance due to the nature of our merch drops and the limited quantities available.
My order was damaged in transit
If your order/item is damaged during shipping, please send a photo of the damage, your email address used to place the order and order number within 48 hours of receiving it to info@nuclrgolf.com
SHIPPING:
How much is shipping? Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout and is dependent on your location as well as the total value of your order.
Can I change my shipping information/address once an order has been placed? Please make sure all of your account and order information is correct BEFORE you complete checkout. We are unable to accommodate address changes once a label has been created and shipped out. In the event a product you purchased was sent to the wrong address, please contact Customer Support immediately.
Do I have to pay extra fees or tariffs on International orders? All customers outside of Canada are responsible for any import fees or duties / tarrifs that may be charged by their country at time of import. This amount may vary depending on your country. We have no control over the prices of custom fees and we are not responsible for their payment, nor do we charge you for import taxes at checkout.
When will I receive my order? Depending on your shipping address, orders will arrive between 2-6 weeks after your order has been placed. We start working on your order as soon as we receive it.
Free Shipping: Worldwide orders valued at over $100 USD are eligible for FREE shipping. You must be at or above $100USD after discounts be eligible for free shipping.
