Refunds/Returns

Generally speaking we don't offer returns or exchanges under any circumstance due to the nature of our merch drops and the limited quantities available. However, if a product is defective we will replace it.

You are still responsible for the cost to cover return shipping fees. To start a return, you can contact us at info@nuclrgolf.com and provide a photo of the defective product. If your return is accepted, we'll pass along additional instructions on how and where to send your package. We will immediately begin the process of sending you a replacement product or offer other means of compensation determined at our discretion. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
